Design and project management for a new commercial settlement, including the pre-existing building demolition, the urbanization works and the construction of a new commercial building.
The project was developed for a national commercial operator and it was conceived paying the highest attention to the main brand construction guidelines of the customer. This project is part of a wider regional development agreement, settled by several Local and Regional entities with the Commercial Operator, which is including several public renovation works within the municipality of Fiorenzuola d’Arda.
