Realization of all the infrastructures required for the urbanization of a 90.000 sqm industrial settlement area. Design of all the infrastructural works serving the building sector, with particular focus on the hydraulic invariance, whose preservation required to adopt particularly complex design solutions, but functional and able to minimize future maintenance costs. In particular, a reservoir was built which did not require the use of mechanical discharge equipment, thanks to the natural ground slope. Green areas and wired parking spaces complete the project with the most technologically advanced services, including fiber optics and street lighting systems with led projectors.
